Directions for Sending Business Plans

To request information or to send a business plan send an e-mail to ttomczuk@libertyvp.com. Business plans may be sent to us as attachments to e-mails, but there are two restrictions:

The attachment must be either a Word document (.doc), a PowerPoint presentation (.ppt), or an Adobe Acrobat file (.pdf).

The size of the attachment is restricted to 2.5 megabytes (2,500 kb).

Liberty Venture Partners is located in Two Commerce Square, 2001 Market Street, Suite 3820, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Two Commerce Square is located at the corner of 20th and Market Streets. The entrance to the Commerce Square parking garage is on 21st Street (which is southbound traffic only) just before Market Street. Two Commerce Square is on the left side of the street.

Directions to Two Commerce Square:

*From Northbound I-95 (Delaware River Expressway): Take the I-676/US-30 exit on the left towards CENTRAL PHILADELPHIA. Merge on to the Vine Street Expressway (I-676 WEST). Take the exit for the BEN FRANKLIN PARKWAY. Turn right on 22nd Street. Turn right on to the Ben Franklin Parkway. Turn right on 21st Street. The 5th traffic light will be Market Street.

*From Southbound I-95 (Delaware River Expressway): Take the I-676/US-30 exit (#17) towards CENTRAL PHILADELPHIA/ INDEPENDENCE HALL. The off ramp then splits so keep to the left on to I-676 WEST (Vine Street Expressway). Take the exit for the BEN FRANKLIN PARKWAY. Turn right on 22nd Street. Turn right on to the Ben Franklin Parkway. Turn right on 21st Street. The 5th traffic light will be Market Street.

*From Eastbound I-76 (Schuylkill Expressway): Take the I-676 EAST/US-30 EAST exit (#38) on the left towards CENTRAL PHILADELPHIA. Merge on to the Vine Street Expressway (I-676). Take the 23rd STREET exit towards Ben Franklin Parkway. Stay straight to go on to Winter Street. Turn right on 21st Street. The 4th traffic light will be Market Street.

*From Westbound I-76 (Schuylkill Expressway): Take exit #39 for 30TH STREET STATION. At the top of the ramp stay straight to go on to Schuylkill Avenue. At the next traffic light turn right on Market Street. Turn left at 20th Street. At the second traffic light turn left on Arch Street. Turn left at the next intersection on to 21st Street.
